The 48 Flybridge
features the simple addition of a beautifully moulded
Flybridge that is built into our 46 sedan version.
The most unique difference on the 48th Flybridge
“Euro” is the cleverly designed master
stateroom located amidships with a queen size bed
and guest cabin forward with optional island bed
V-berth configuration. The Flybridge features; moulded
stairs, dual helm seats, lounge seating for six,
a folding targa for electronics and access to the
fibreglass cockpit roof which can double as tender
storage with the installation of a davit.
Like her sedan cousin
the classic and elegant looks combined with Italian
design make her an ideal cruiser for weekends away
or long-haul cruising up and down our beautiful
coast. Like all Alaska's their variable dead-rise
hull design ensures an economical cruising speed
of between 9 and 10 knots or comfortably at 18 kn
but if it's a burst of speed you need she will sprint
to 22kn+. [Depending on engine configuration]
